Christine and Mark Zust are skilled facilitators who strategically guide clients through the planning process. They work closely with your executive team and staff to help set priorities, develop action steps and build consensus.

Working individually or as a team, Christine and Mark create a relaxed, safe environment for groups to engage in open dialogue. Christine’s 25+ years of communication experience means that she understands group dynamics. She coaxes, cajoles, and gently brings out the best in executives and staff. Mark's engaging style comes from his 25+ years as a professional entertainer, business owner and college professor.

Facilitated sessions can be a half-day primer or a multiple day retreat that focuses on strategic and business planning, problem solving or team development.
